 METHOD OF ANGER MANAGEMENT   (Anger also has method to manage it)

  • Direct=>include making behavior visible and making communication clear.We cannot understand when we talk with person in anger..
  • Honorable=> Identifying tthe moral basis for anger and take responsibilities for actions.
  • Focused=> Staying with the issue concern.
  • Courageous=> Implies careful and thoughtful self-examination.It means willing to admit when one is wrong.
  • Forgiveness=> Acknowledging the wrong in someone else behaviors and leeting go of bitterness.
  • Listen=> be good listener if they has a problem....asking question around their feelings & their reasons for their action.
  • Thankfulness=>finding elements related to the situation where one is genuinely  appeciative and expressing that.
